Visit Japanese Sake Brewery

I visited a Japanese sake brewery on business a few months ago.

The brewery held a festival, so anyone can visit there. This brewery began its business about 400 years ago.

You can taste a new sake:)

A stage was set up and you can enjoy Japanese traditional music and dance!

A president of the brewery took us to the brewing room.

Sake is made from rice. Rice, water from Mt. Fuji and Koji, rice malt, are got together in this drum can, and matured.

Wow, it's making bubbles!!

I looove Japanese sake, so, it was enjoyable experience!
