Visit to My Friend's Garden 2

Hi everyone!
Let me continue to share my friend's garden:)

Love this scene:) The color combination of blue Cat Mint and white Orlaya Grandiflora was excellent!

This garden is being maintained not only by herself but her parents:)

But she built these structural objects alone.

What struck me by surprise, is the following shot.

She built this hut! Let's climb the stairs:)

Wooow!
You can take a view of the beautiful garden from here :)

Her garden gave me an inspiration and lots of ideas to introduce in my own garden.

Thank you for visiting!

Visit to My Friend's Garden

Hi, Everyone!
I hope you were all enjoying a good weekend:-)

It has been a long time since I updated my blog. Life is super-duper busy, and time is passing by with the speed of light... It's already May.  Many things have been happening. So, here is a quick and short update:)

Lately, I visited my friends' gardens. I'll share some of them.

She built all of these black walls by herself...

In addition, she paved a path with  flagstones.

Her garden looks so cool!

It is such a treat to explore fantastic garden:-)

Thank you for stopping by!

Garden in the Woods

I visited a home garden in my neighborhood. This house is located almost in the woods, a huge cherry tree is a symbol in this garden.

What struck me by surprise is that the owner made a lot of gadgets. and scattered them throughout the garden.

It was fun to find each of them:)

Of course, he built this wood deck and painted it in blue. In addition, he repainted a house,as well!

His works are not only the above all, but this stone oven!

According to him, it took six months to finish this work.

He often holds a pizza party in the garden:-)

He has a playful imagination, so I enjoyed strolling around :)

Thank you for stopping by!

Purple & White Garden...

Hello everyone,

I visited a home garden in my neighborhood.
Let me share some photos:)

An owner told that her favorite colours are purple and white,  so, this garden consists of mainly flowers in those colours

It was a little bit earlier to see roses, but peonies were full in bloom.

This garden was an attractive wide garden.

The owner plants almost three colours, purple, white and pink only.

That gave us chic impression.

Strolling around, I found a small iron door installed in a wall between a neighbor's garden.

Guess what?

According to the owner, this door was installed for her dog, Anna.

She goes through this door to see her friend dog living in the next door, every day:)

After visiting this garden, we headed to  another interesting garden.

I'll post it next time :-)

Have a nice week!!!

TAKENOUCH - Home Garden in Bamboo Forest Vol.3

I would like to share some more shots of  my friend's garden called "Takenouchi Garden"

My friend's husband built this lovely hut.

"Do you want to see my secret room?" he said to us with a meaning expression.

We said "YES !!!"

He took us to the back of the hut and said,

"Go over this board bridge:)"

A narrow bridge made of wood was built up to the second story of the hut without a railing.

It was approximately at the level of three meters high, which made me scary.

Ooooh!  I made a brave try!!

Beyond the narrow bridge, we finally reached the small secret room.

Actually this room is his atelier, he makes various kind of goods here.

By the way, can you see another board outside the window?

This board was strapped with chain.

But what is this board for???

The answer is.....

The board was set behind this barred wall so that you can repair it:)

Wen I saw the blue and white awning, I thought we would barbecue.

Wow, it was not a barbecue, but flied food:)

After the lunch, we were to experience unexpected adventure...;)

TAKENOUCH - Home Garden in Bamboo Forest Vol.2

This post is the second version of  the previous post of TAKENOUCHI.

As I mentioned, this garden has built only by my friend and her husband.

Passing through a green tunnel, you can discover an orchard where various fruit trees are planted.

There are plum trees, apple trees, orange trees and so on.

They harvest not only fruits but vegetables for all season.

Asparagus was planted and we had it for lunch, which was juicy and delicious!

Actually,  the lovely sign of the asparagus on the above photo was drawn by my friend.

Furthermore this is the place where you can take a nap.

As I mentioned in the previous post, this rock bench was also handmade.

You can use it as a bench,

and setting a board between the seat and the narrow bench in front of us, you can use it as a bed. So, you can rest under the tree feeling the cool air in summer :)

I'll post some other shots of TAKENOUCH Garden in the next post.

Thank you for stopping by:)
