Garden in Highland

Seeing the photo bellow, you might think that I got out into nature.

YES, I went to highland, about 150km away from Tokyo,  but it's not strictly true:)

Because these photos were taken in a garden shop's  property, which means the plants shown here are all planted not by nature but by design.

Of course, the owner of this garden is a plants' expert.

They chose plants carefully, like which plants would suit which parts...

That's what kept here so beautifully natural.

"We are in the process of trial and error." said the owner.

I visit here every year, thanks to their efforts, we can enjoy different aspects on each visit.
Next time, I would love to come back here in spring:-)

  1. This is definitely a beautiful garden, it looks so naturel. Would like to visit it, but it is a bit too far away, may be in the future.

  2. Keity,
Your nature pictures are so pretty. Sometimes I wondered what it would be like to live in the mountains or countryside. Nature gives us so much peace, you know? I like the Autumn display on your table too.

    Happy November!
