Hi, everyone, long time no see…
In fact, I have two sons and both of them
are students taking entrance exams of high school and university respectively in
February next year.
So, I have no time for posting this blog
because I’ve been occupied with the entrance exam things of them.
But during my busy schedule, I had some
good news last month!
My recipe was published in a Japanese
popular magazine.
The recipe is a Greek dish called “Pastissio”
which I taught from my Greek friend, Olympia!!
It is not well known to Japanese, but good
recipe for Christmas party, I guess.
As a matter of fact, Olympia and I
discovered each other through this blog.
In regard to publishing this , Olympia gave
me some advice.
